Email Campaigns

With email campaigns, businesses can send various emails to a large audience of customers simultaneously. Marketing emails are designed to promote products, services, or special offers to capture recipients' interest and drive them to purchase or take a specific action.

The overarching goal of an email campaign is to engage recipients and guide them through the customer journey, whether by enticing them to purchase, encouraging them to explore additional products or services, or fostering a deeper connection with the brand.

Email Newsletters

Provide subscribers with a curated selection of engaging content tailored to their interests and needs.

Newsletter emails can range from thought leadership articles to weekly promotions on discounted items and exciting announcements about new services or products. They serve as a valuable resource for keeping subscribers informed, entertained, and engaged with your brand and provide ongoing value while reinforcing your brand's authority and relevance in their minds.

These emails foster a sense of community and connection with your audience, ultimately driving engagement and loyalty.

Promotional Emails

Reward engaged subscribers using Promotional Emails with exclusive offers and cross-selling complementary products to existing customers.

These emails provide a targeted and personalized approach to marketing, offering subscribers special incentives and discounts as a token of appreciation for their loyalty. They entice subscribers to explore and purchase additional products or services.

Furthermore, by strategically cross-selling related products, these emails maximize the value of each customer interaction and encourage repeat purchases. With their tailored content, Promotional Emails help drive sales, boost customer satisfaction, and foster long-term loyalty among your audience.

Retention Emails

Re-engage customers who have become less active by sending targeted messages requesting feedback or offering special incentives, reigniting their interest and encouraging renewed engagement.

These emails are a proactive means of reaching inactive subscribers, demonstrating your commitment to maintaining a positive relationship with every customer.

Whether soliciting feedback to improve your products or services or extending a special offer to entice them back, Retention Emails provide a personalized and meaningful touchpoint that can help win back lapsed customers and strengthen their loyalty to your brand.

Drip Campaigns

Drip campaigns offer businesses the ability to implement a strategic and automated approach to email marketing. These campaigns consist of a carefully planned sequence of emails sent out to recipients gradually, one email at a time, and precisely the right moments in their customer journey.

The beauty of drip campaigns lies in their ability to respond to specific actions or behaviors exhibited by customers, such as signing up for a blog newsletter or remaining inactive on a website for an extended period. By leveraging these triggers, businesses can tailor their email communications to each recipient's interests and engagement level, delivering relevant and timely content that nudges them closer to taking a desired action, whether it's making a purchase, completing a form, or engaging with the brand in some other meaningful way.

Through this gradual and personalized approach, drip campaigns effectively nurture leads, build customer relationships, and guide them through conversion, ultimately driving greater engagement and loyalty.

Targeted Onboarding

Onboard new users as they journey through their initial sign-up, product activation, and their first time using your product:

Confirm Opt-In Emails

Ensure the integrity of your email signups by verifying each customer's email address and confirming their subscription when they sign up, gaining you engaged contacts when added to your list.

This proactive approach not only prevents accidental sign-ups or malicious registrations but also improves the overall experience for users. Additionally, your email list benefits from containing only genuine, interested subscribers without fake email addresses or robot registrations.

This results in a more responsive and valuable audience, ultimately enhancing the effectiveness of your email marketing efforts.

Welcome Emails

Make a positive first impression and drive immediate results by sending a personalized Welcome Email within 48 hours of a customer subscribing. Not to mention, you can generate an impressive average ROI of 122%.

These automated emails not only express gratitude for signing up but also have the potential to direct recipients to take further action, such as driving traffic to your website or completing their profile setup.

This strategic approach sets the stage for deeper engagement and lays the foundation for a meaningful relationship with your audience.

Training Emails

Maximize your product's benefit by sending Training Emails about your product or service post-purchase. Delivering how-to guides and expert tips tailored to the specific product purchased empowers your customers to maximize their investment and enhance their user experience.

These emails are customized to address each product's unique features and functionalities, providing practical guidance that customers can immediately apply. They also serve as a valuable reference resource, showcasing your company's expertise, reliability, and commitment to customer success, fostering a sense of trust and loyalty, and encouraging them to remain engaged with your brand for the long term.

Loyalty Campaigns

After a user has successfully subscribed or activated and has spent 1–2 months using your product:

Abandoned Cart Emails

Re-engage potential customers who almost made a purchase to encourage them to return and complete their purchase.

Anniversary Emails

Retain customers and build brand loyalty by giving your customers a simple thank you on the anniversary they signed up.

Birthday Emails

Strengthen the relationship with your customers, increase engagement, and drive sales by utilizing customer's birthdays to send exclusive offers.

Loyalty Emails

Build customer loyalty by offering rewards such as freebies, discounts, trials, and exclusive access to create an emotional connection to your brand and encourage repeat business.

Refer-a-Friend Emails

Find potential new clients by providing customers an easy way to refer their friends or professional network to your business who may have similar challenges or needs. 88% of people trust referrals from someone they know more than any other marketing channel (Nielsen 2021 Trust In Advertising Study). Rewarding your customers and their referred contact with a discount or freebie when their contact purchases your product is a win-win for everyone.

Winner Emails

Create brand excitement by adding gamification to your loyalty campaign. When giving away a high dollar amount prize, such as a big screen TV, or many low dollar prizes, such as a free coffee, winner confirmation emails create excitement and buzz. It's the simplest and fastest way to communicate to your winners as the first step in redemption, or with digital prizes, the only step they need to redeem their prize.

Email Authentication Setup

Recently, Yahoo! and Google announced that starting in February 2024, they will implement stricter requirements for inbound email delivery to their users. Failure to comply with these requirements may compromise the security of your messages and result in their rejection by Email Service Providers (ESPs).

To ensure that your emails meet these new standards and avoid being flagged as spam, we will assist you in setting up a custom email domain and configuring your SPF (Sender Policy Framework), DKIM (DomainKeys Identified Mail), and DMARC (Domain-based Message Authentication, Reporting, and Conformance) records. By adhering to these email delivery validation guidelines, we can enhance the deliverability and reliability of your emails, ensuring that they confidently reach your intended recipients' inboxes.

We offer this service with all of our subscription packages. You can utilize us to update your DNS settings to meet these new requirements so your business can continue sending emails without figuring out all the required technical configurations.

SPF Records

An SPF record specifies the list of IPs and domains allowed to send emails for your domain. ESPs are more likely to reject emails from IPs and domains not listed in your domain's SPF record.

Example of an SPF record for Google Workspace:

v=spf1 include:_spf.google.com ~all

For the steps on updating your SPF record, see Google's SPF help page.

DKIM Signatures

DKIM authenticates every email, creating a signature of the message's content.

DKIM signatures allow ESPs to associate an email with the sender and verify that the content of the email has not been changed during transmission.

There are multiple ways to implement a DKIM signature that will be unique to each ESP and its customers.

To get a DKIM signature, you will need to contact your ESP.

DMARC Policy

A DMARC policy allows a sender to indicate that their messages are protected by DKIM and/or SPF and tells a receiver what to do if neither of those authentication methods passes.

Example of a DMARC policy record:

v=DMARC1; p=reject; rua=mailto:postmaster@solarmora.com, mailto:dmarc@solarmora.com; pct=100; adkim=s; aspf=s

For a detailed breakdown of definitions and values see Google's DMARC help page.
